Billing Policy
Our billing policy was updated on March 1, 2009. Our commitment to our customers
is to offer highly available, affordable solutions.
TRIAL PERIOD
We offer a complimentary 30-day trial period. During this 30-day period, you are
welcome to use the service as you wish. You will only be billed if you continue
using the service after the 30 days from the trial date. Trial accounts will
become inactive 10 days after the trial period if no activity is detected. We
will send you a confirmation e-mail when you begin your trial period.
BILLING
Your card will charged once a month based on site usage. The amount charged will
be based on the number of users who entered time or expense information for that
period. For example; if four users entered time for the billing period, then
your credit card will be billed the amount of $7.99 (e.g. $4.99 + 50 cents a
user).
BASE FEE
A base fee of $4.99 will be applied to your account during the monthly billing
cycle. The base fee will be billed monthly regardless if time or expense
information was entered. The maintenance fee and is required to keep your
account active and accessible online.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you are not satisfied with ontimeexpense.com we would like to
hear from you. Please contact us by phone (586) 749-7300 or send us an e-mail
billing@ontimeexpense.com. Please include your name, address and phone
number in the e-mail. Our cancellation policy is simple. There is no
cancellation fee if you decide to resign your service before the monthly usage
is charged to your account. Because OnTimExpense.com charges are based on
monthly site usage, no refunds will be once a card has been charged.
